Physical Wellbeing After School Club

Are you looking to improve your fitness levels, mental health and social activity?

Then you are in the right place and the NEW Physical Wellbeing After School Club would be right up your street. Join me (Mr Rowarth) and your peers after school every week for some fun physical activity that will get you moving, whilst challenging your fitness levels. The club is for you and about you and is open to all students. I have ensured that all the exercises can be tailored to individual’s needs, by making it easier or harder or changing the exercise if you have an injury/health problem. Come and give it a go!


Years 7, 8 and 9: Wednesday 2.55-3.45pm

Years 10, 11, 12 and 13: Thursday 3.30-4.15pm
